At Coxe Curry, Eric helps direct campaign planning studies, capital campaigns, development assessments, and annual fundraising campaigns. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has worked with nonprofit clients of all shapes and sectors, including arts and culture, mental health, youth development and sports, and partnerships at the intersection of philanthropy, community investment, and public impact. He brings a combination of fundraising expertise, financial analysis, and creative problem-solving to help clients navigate complex organizational priorities and ambitious philanthropic goals.
Recently, he’s worked with Corners Outreach, Georgia Historical Society, Hillside Atlanta, The Nature Conservancy in Georgia, Northside Youth Organization, Open Doors, Piedmont Healthcare Foundation, Raising Expectations and the U.S. Soccer Federation.
Eric volunteers with the Inman Park Neighborhood Association, has completed United Ways’s VIP program, and is especially interested in projects and initiatives that support Sweet Auburn, South Downtown, and Atlanta’s continued civic and cultural development. His past volunteer work includes co-founding and orchestrating a music and arts festival in Alberta, Canada for several years—a testament to his commitment to arts, culture, and community-building.
Before joining us, Eric built more than a decade of fundraising, event management, and project execution experience in Chicago and Alberta. His professional experience includes roles with the Chicago History Museum, Shedd Aquarium, City of Lethbridge, and the University of Lethbridge, where he proudly earned his BSc.
In his free time, Eric enjoys exploring Atlanta on two wheels—motorized or not—and staying connected to the city through local sports, live music, and community events. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, he now proudly calls Atlanta home, where he and his wife, Catie, enjoy being immersed in the city’s energy, culture, and year-round sunshine.
